At a glance three carpet looked clean, but there were a few drop spots that we cleaned and it turned out that there was a lot of dirt still on the surface off the carpet. It seems that the process doesn't extract the dirt, but rather does a mild surface clean. I am seeing some spots emerging on the highest traffic areas. Private would not use your service again.
