I like that the carpets were not soaking wet. Minimal water used I got my carpets sparkly Clean.

If I could I would give 0. We had an appointment at 8am ,the young guy Tony was in time .
I had to clean 1carpet 7x10 carpet and 2 small 3x5 and Tony guy told me he will increase the fee from 124$ to 164 $ ,I argued with him that all those 3 carpets are just 1 area ,finally I told him it is ok he can start working but we need to be done in one hour.
He went to the car and came back saying he will not do the work and I just lost few hours of work I took off to do this .
i am totally appalled by this company and their employees and the luck of responsibility .
