Honestly I should have declined the services right when he said they don’t offer steam cleaning or a cleaning service like you’re used to. He cleaned the carpet which by the way was already cleaned. I wanted the odor out completely out. Still smells like pee in here. He just used a metal machine that pushed around some crystals then used a metal rake.like ya the carpets look nice but it stinks still!! For $130 waste of money. Won’t recommend. Need steam for christs sakes or something! Why I called the “professionals”. He did what I already do myself at home.

Cameron was terrific to arrange a schedule that best suited my needs. Technician Jim went above and beyond to not only clean but also to advise about the process and offer suggestions about tough stains. I would recommend this particular team to anyone who is seeking to have their carpets cleaned in an earth friendly and very time efficient way. Terrific service and value for home and health.
