The carpets look clean but not much cleaner than before. None of the stains were taken out. High traffic areas were somewhat touched on. Didn't seem like an hour of work for 5 bedrooms 2 sets of stairs and a hallway was much. Price was ok for it being that many rooms but when you think about it it wasn't that much cleaner than before.
