Eric did a very thorough treatment of my carpet. He was prompt, got acquainted with the situation and my concerns initially, explained the cause of the dark (dirt) areas close to the floor-length windows and greatly reduced the dirt in that area. He got out stains that hadn't been removed since I moved here over 2.5 years ago. (They existed when I moved here.) He explained the value of vacuuming in the next few days and again within a week due to the continuous work of the oxi cleaning product. The cost was very reasonable, probably even a sale.
