Eric was great and really new what he was doing. The cost is the part I think you could improve. Everything was extra, like the odor eliminator and sanitizer. I already was paying a service fee plus extra for stairs and etc. It was really adding up.

Kind, courteous technician made our carpets look fantastic. We use Oxy Fresh 1-2 time a year, and they are great. Showed up on time. Sent a text ahead of time. Thank you!
