Friendly, professional, no waisted time. Got to it, explained very thoroughly the process and then did it. Results, better than we hoped for and gave him a referral to a neighbor who was equally impressed with our results. I have put his name & number in my i-phone book to share when the subject comes up. I was 5 minutes late to answer my door for our appointment. I was changing a diaper upstairs. I let the guy in to do the carpets and received a very rude voicemail from a supervisor. Very poor business practice. Will not use again.
