It was a stain that should have been able to be professionally removed.
Good manners by the tech but Poor effort.
The fact that they are trained to pre-state and to say “ the customer understands that the stain might not be removed and cannot be guaranteed” is assigned that they just cover their butts upfront for poor quality work.
Serious Red flag.

Communication was excellent!! Our service representative Tanner gave us a call letting us know he was 30 minutes away. He was friendly, on time and had great suggestions for cleaning our older stained carpet. He was efficient and thorough. I would work with Oxi Fresh again with no reservation. Oh and the price was very fair!
