Isaiah was friendly, courteous. He called to let me know his cleaning before my appointment ran over due to last minutes adds/changes. He kept me aware of his timing and when he arrived he got right to work.
We use OxiFresh since 2020, first time was for rental cleaning before moving out and then twice a year (spring and fall) at our new place. Convenient and easy to set up appointments, over the past 3-4 years I've been satisfied with the service.

Isaiah was awesome! Very knowledgeable about what would work and what wouldn’t work with my carpet and stains. He gave me options and his best recommendation. He was flexible with timing and respectful about noise levels from his tools as I work from home. He made it an easy and comfortable experience. Thank you, Isaiah!

I want to make very clear.. YOUR TECHNICIAN IS AMAZING! He is definitely a great asset to your company and did everything he was trained to do!
With that said, we have very high end carpet in our home and to be honest it's a pain in the neck. Your way of cleaning carpets did nothing for our high end carpet. It was a total waste of money.
