I appreciate how easy it was to communicate with the company. I didn’t have to leave a voicemail for submit an online form and wait for someone to get back to me. My call was answered right away, the services provided were explained clearly and the rates beat the other quotes I had gotten by over 30%! They send reminders for the appointment, call before they get there and once again explain the service and address any concerns you may have. The tech did an excellent job with our home and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone in need of carpet cleaning!
