I scheduled someone to come clean, they no showed and said they would be here on Monday morning, and again cancelled. I had to plan for dogs to be at daycare and spent 2 days of daycare fees for 2 dogs for no show. I would look elsewhere for your carpet cleaning needs,

The technician was very polite and did a good job, but he arrived an hour late. He never called, I had to call the office to find out.

The technician James was great! Very kind & professional. I’m just not sure the products that Oxi Fresh uses do the trick.
The couch stain is still there as is a yellow and dirt stain on the bedroom rug.
Not sure I’d recommend based on the cleaning products you use. As I said James did a great job and tried his best to get things clean.
