I really liked the service person - he was great. But the actual method of cleaning doesn’t feel like a cleaning i could do with water. I’m going to go buy a carpet cleaner and wash it myself. I wouldn’t spray enzymes on myself instead of taking a shower so why would I clean my carpet that way? Call me old fashion, but I think the newer methods actually involve washing the carpet too. Thanks for asking.

The gentlemen who came to the house were extraordinarily friendly and dedicated, but ultimately the rug didn’t reach the level of cleanliness that we hoped for. They did offer to provide the service for free, and ultimately I paid 50%; however, we wished for a clean rug.

The technician (Freddie) called ahead of time to confirm the appointment, then showed up right on time. He was also able to add in two services at a very reasonable price that I wanted but thought would be too expensive. His work was careful and detailed, and the carpets look great. This was the first time I had used Oxi Fresh versus a truck-mounted system. It was so much quieter, and by using so much less water, my carpets dried very quickly.

Tanner was awesome. Came in at the time he was scheduled, cleaned the carpets, was friendly and courteous and gave me follow up instructions for best results. My carpet is clean and fresh.
