Appreciate the fast sevice scheduling turnaround. Felt carpet cleaning was mediocre. Specifically did not do any stain removal which was the reason for scheduling the service.

The tech was able to get out some pet stains pretty effectively, but not makeup stains. He came out very quickly and was very professional.
