After my carpet dried, I vacuumed it and had to empty my canister 2 times.. no hoses for suction from your process. Looked good when it was wat..lots of cat hair left after cleaning..your tech was nice.

Tech didn't call ahead. Tech was different from what I was told. Tech was late. The work done was mediocre. Tech did not vacuum first or help to move furniture.

I love the process- no big hoses, no water getting my padding wet. Super clean carpets and very friendly staff that goes above and beyond expectations… my new go to cleaners.
