The people were professional and kind . However I worked 3 hours on my hands and knees cleaning what they did not clean. They told me it would not be completely cleaned. They did not offer to do a deeper cleaning on my one pathway of dirt.
It is clean know it required more effort. That is why I hired a professional company. So I accomplished it.
Lesson learned. Please be clearer in your communication with your clients. Since they left with it wet I could not tell for a couple of hours that it was unsatisfactory.
