It was by far the best solution for refreshing and cleaning our carpet after having some doggy
training mishaps! The carpet is refreshed now and stains are gone. It was not a time consuming experience and the drying time was really fast. The cost was very reasonable and this will now be our go to service in the future.

We liked the moisture check. Really like that we weren’t offered to purchase any products ( Jacob S did make us aware of additional products or services but didn’t push anything). I will be using Oct Fresh for future cleaning.
