Good communication from office and technician. Visible improvement right away. Carpet stayed wet for longer than we were told, which was of concern only to the tenant.

My appointment was postponed for a week because the machine was broken. I could have had an appointment within a few days, yet this was the first day I had an opening. Although I know these things happen, it was less convenient timing for me and created a bit of a squeeze in my schedule.
