Raul did not move any furniture and the machine was too big to clean under the bed. He either didn’t have or didn’t bring equipment to clean some of the tighter exposed areas or under the bed. He did spend time cleaning the outdoor couch but it looked exactly the same when he was done. I would have paid extra to have the stains (from air pollution) removed but I was never offered the option if that was available AZ. - San Diego, CA - 11/06/2022

The person -Kevin- who was supposed to clean my carpet did not call me to confirm the appointment although the office said he did; my husband and I were home waiting,, and the phone never even rang and there were no messages. It is a landline... I had to reschedule for a different day. On the day of the service, I called the office ahead of time to make sure someone was coming, and they confirmed that Raul was going to be here. He arrived almost 30 minutes late because he got lost. When he saw the room he had to clean, he said he had to charge me $20 more because it was actually two rooms: a dining room and a living room. Now, my apartment is small, and although there is a table on which we eat, it is not a separate dining room! He got upset, turned his back to me as I was still talking, and left because he said I was unreasonable and he didn't have to put up with difficult clients. He was halfway down the stairs, as I told him I would pay the $20 and get the job done! Raul did clean the carpet and offered to do the bedrooms for only $20, but at this point I just wanted him finish the job and leave.
