My carpets had many unsightly stains and after the cleaning they look like new and the whole space has an uplifted quality as a result. I had a birthday celebration the next day and the women remarked there was no chemical smell of any kind and several asked for referral information based on how lovely it looked. He was able to come shortly after I called. Lowell is thorough and thoughtful and called to let me know when he was on his way. My apartment is down three flights of stairs which was no problem for his equipment. I appreciated the fact Lowell helped me return my furniture to my space after the cleaning which I had placed on my deck and in my kitchen and bedroom. Also, he was considerate of my financial request to split my payment between a check and credit card. All around I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend his service.
