Many stains, from dog urine? Unnoticed before cleaning. Were told carpets would be dry within a short time, service was on Thursday, still damp on Friday, over 24hours . Called OxiiFresh company and service technician, Joe Icardi, he came out and.recleaned areas of concern. Next AM spots much more visible and very wet. We were not advised previous that pet spots would not come out. There were no visible stains previousl to cleaning. Joe was very nice and tried as best he knew to clean the stains, unfortunately they just got worse.
Please instruct your employees to wear some type of booting or shoe cover, have cleaning solution all over hardwood flooring. Am trying to polish the stains on floor,clean. Unfortunately this was a very bad experience. I will be replacing the hallway runners . I have taken pictures and will send them to you.

No one showed up on 12/21/2018 for the appointment. I waited 10 minutes then called the 1-800 number to inquire what might have happened. The call was redirected to an agent in Colorado. She tried, unsuccessfully, to reach the technician. I mentioned to her that I had been inconvenienced as I had to take the afternoon off from work to avail myself for the appointment. She said that she was in Colorado there wasn’t much that she could do. She also told me that someone would contact me within 15 minutes. I have yet to receive that call.
