The product seems to have worked well. We had some stains that needed to be removed. The men were friendly yet very professional. They completed the job in a good amount of time.

Charles was great! Very friendly and professional.
Not really happy about how my sofa turned out.
Stains were still on parts frame as well as cushions.
I was able to get them clean by hand.
Maybe the machine was working properly?

I had a fairly small stain that he worked on to remove. It was about 4x4” and not that noticeable. After the area dried, it is now about 2’ x1’ and very noticeable. I was hoping once it dried it would all blend in , but it’s much worse than it was before. Unfortunately, it’s right in the path of entry so very hard to ignore. Can I send a picture?
