We are adults with no pets - Have used previously- however, this time very unsatisfactory - carpet not clean, stains still show - splashed solution onto to adjoining hardwood floors, had to have floor cleaned carefully to remove without damaging hardwood - told to stay away from large Sisal rug, now large stain blotches all along edges - serviceman seemed to know product & was professional - but result was awful KA. - Rancho Palos Verdes, CA - 08/14/2023
