I made an appointment to get my couch, loveseat and area rug cleaned. Once the gentleman showed up, he told me he could not clean the couches because they were light colored upholstery. He ended up only cleaning the rug. Not sure how to make that right but maybe adding that question of “what color are the couches?” to the appointment process to avoid them making a trip out just to tell me they couldn’t be cleaned. I was disappointed they could not clean the couches and still not sure why the color of the fabric mattered. My OxiFresh guy is efficient, thorough, expert, and, on top of all that, pleasant. I have three little dogs who, every once in a while, occasional make a mistake -- and I also now and then spill something on my carpets. His work really cleans these old carpets, When I first moved here I tried another company, and, though the carets were cleaned, the smell was annoying afterwards for hours.
