I really liked the even though I booked an appointment online witch was very convenient by the way, a representative from oxifresh still called me to confirm the day a couple of days before my an appointment. I did have some small questions that she was able to go over with me. this made me feel very confidant about the services that I booked on line and I new what to expect on the day of service. my technician Ron was great as well. Ron messaged me before he arrived to let me know that he was on time and wold drive at the schedule time with no delay. He was in fact on time and took time to walk through the house with me to do go over the Romes and add of a couple of area rugs. this option was not available online. I think It would be nice if I could have clicked that in to my order when I booked on like but no big deal. Ron went over the pricing with me and made sure we were both on same page. He was polite and professional. I liked that he had no problem at all with my dog and even made sure my boy did not get out of the house when he went in and out for his equipment. Thank you I give Oxifresh a 10

Luca did a fantastic job with a Smile! My carpets have never looked this good in 7 years! After vacuuming, they seemed to be even cleaner. Super fast ~ dried quickly and felt great under my feet. Highly recommended
