The guy was super nice and did the best that he could but unfortunately the carpets could not be cleaned very well. This was due to the tenants not the carpet cleaner. So I'm not sure under normal circumstances, how good they would have come out. But he was nice, on-time and professional - I will definitely try them again.

Our technician was row old and he was very professional, polite, and on prompt time. He did an amazing job, cleaning the carpets and the upholstering in the house. I would highly recommend Raul and Oxi Fresh for anyone looking for a professional great job.
