Alfredo my technician was on time, professional and polite…. We had him do stairs hallway and master bedroom he convinced me to upgrade to deodorizer and sanitizer… however 3 days later we had the request a redo as the issues were still existing He was on board and is coming today I didn’t care for the lack of organization when calling into the office DB. - Aliso Viejo, CA - 02/13/2024
