The guy you sent was nice but he did not do a good job cleaning the high traffic areas. Now that the carpet has dried, the spots look only slightly better. I am trying to prepare the house for selling. I need to hve these dark spots in the carpet out or near out. For the most part the carpet is in great shape and not much is needed, but I wish he had given more attention to high traffic area by the bed in master bedroom and the area in front of the sofa, I am sorry to send this report but I needed to be honest, since I now need to now hire someone else to fix these areas of the carpet. Also the guy, who again was very professional, was intially usei a power cord which was taped becasue it had torn and wires were exposed. The nice guy indicated that he had told his boss that this was a fire hazard and he was instructed to just tape it up. The power cord did not work while he was here and his boss had to aquire another one. This delayed the service about 1 hour. Fortunately, my schedule was such that I was able to wait. I suspect that because of the delay, he may have moved through the carpet cleaning with less care.

Technician was business-like and professional. After showing Christopher the areas to be done. He got to it and was finished in nothing flat. I also appreciated the short period of time for drying unlike regular steam cleaning.
