Fast and convenient. Service tech, David, was great! Carpets look clean but it was dark and rainy yesterday and I don't have adequate lighting in my home until I move in. Thus, I won't be able to see how clean the carpet is until later.
Considering how my carpet was cleaned, it appears the price is higher than it has to be but I don't know fully understand what your operating costs are so I am not complaining but making an observation.

I was told by phone that area rugs could be done, however the technician said our rugs needed to be dry cleaned because the brushes on his machine could possibly damage the rug. So that was task was not performed. He did clean the hallway carpet. We asked it we could have a small space in one room, approximately 45sf, done instead of the 2 rugs, and he agreed. I did not expect the higher additional charge since the rugs were removed from the job.
I will say that the technician, David, was very polite and thorough with what was accomplished.
