I received a reminder for 3 days in a row for my 7am appointment. On the day of the appointment, Anthony called and said he’d be 30 minutes late that he had a meeting. Why would you schedule a meeting when your employee was scheduled for a cleaning? Also, his equipment required multiple stoppages and finally broke down. I chose Oxi Fresh because it dries in 30 minutes and we needed to return to San Diego for a doctor appt. Anthony apologized and had to finish by steam cleaning the carpet which required 4 hours to drip.Now we have to return to Indio to replace the furniture and items we removed for cleaning. Apparently both of your other quick dry cleaners are in the shop as well. Not sure I’ll use Oxi Clean again. Not Anthony’s fault. He worked very hard. Sincerely, Yvonne Restine
