Brian my representative that came an cleaned my carpets. He was on time and when he showed up with great attitude and energy. He explained his process and went over all the work he would be doing. When he realized he would only be doing 3 rooms vs the 5 room deal I had signed up for. He made the immediate price adjustment and had me charged accordingly. He diligent completed his assignment and upon completion. I inspected the rooms and the carpets looked great. I would definitely use Oxi Fresh services again and have already recommended Brian to 2 of my neighbors. Job well done Brian.
