Thank you to Bryan for his excellent service. He was very kind and respectful. He cleaned our sectional sofas in 1 hour! Our grey sofas look clean!! Bryan showed me the dirty water that was accumulated from our sofas! After 8 years of having our sofas, they look and feel clean. Although the deep stains were not able to be removed. This is Oz Motas. I had my carpet cleaned last week. I am not completely satisfied with the cleaning of my rug. After it dried, it was different shades, and does not look clean. I looked at your webpage and photos and it shows some completely dirty filthy rugs that come out completely spotless and immaculate. And my rug was not that dirty. I am requesting a refund. Brian my representative that came an cleaned my carpets. He was on time and when he showed up with great attitude and energy. He explained his process and went over all the work he would be doing. When he realized he would only be doing 3 rooms vs the 5 room deal I had signed up for. He made the immediate price adjustment and had me charged accordingly. He diligent completed his assignment and upon completion. I inspected the rooms and the carpets looked great.
