First of all, inform people that they will have to vacuum after it is drry from the chemical that was put on. Second, it is not a zero residue but leaves a slippery residue and comes off. whenever the carpet gets any moisture on it. I found this out after a shower and had to rinse the residue my feet/ hands. Our technicians did an excellent job but your formula seems too strong to use without rinsing.
