The service providers were professional. They began by confirming what I had ordered,looking over the floors. When I wanted to add protection for the dining area and remove the entry from cleaning, they made those changes. I would have them clean carpets again.

Our carpet still seems dirty. Sonexareas weren’t treated at all near the perimeter of the rooms. There was no pre-treatment done like other companies have done.
