He sprayed the cleaner on a few spots and the machine didn’t reach them. I called and the gal who answered the phone said they didn’t work on blood stains. I used folex and it came right up. I have always been happy with John and his work but, the receptionist is not helpful. Said he wouldn’t come out. I was just asking if they had a spray kit I could use. Pretty simple.
