I have to think the machine was broken. The hallway rug is still dirty even after we asked the technician to go over it again. Also, I had two couches cleaned and the same thing. I had to ask Benjamin to go over the couch areas to get the spots. They still aren't clean. I'll have to take off the pillow covers and put them in the laundry. I spent $520 and the only really clean thing I got was the large area rug that was under the couches and living room table. meaning there was not that much dirt on it in the first place. What you can do to rectify this mess is to do my hallway again, this time with a machine that works!! AM. - Berkeley, CA - 12/10/2022
