I am very disappointed in the service provided. Jonathan did his job, I have no concerns with him at all. I own a carpet cleaner and thought I would give myself a break since I felt the odor was not coming out. My carpet cleaner does a much better job than the machine and products you use. I have spots still. And the will come out when I redo my carpet tonight before guests arrive tomorrow. I’m saddened at the results.
