"James" was my technician and I have to say he was EXCELLENT! He texted me on his way with an arrival time that was spot on! He came in with a smile and a great attitude and proceeded to tell me every step of the process from beginning to end. He even explained how to take care of the carpet between cleanings and left a small bottle of solution for spot clean ups. My carpet looks and feels great! Young man doing the cleaning was awesome. But 1 hour after cleaning the carpet looked like the ocean with 4 inch waves. Talked to the manager and was not impressed with his response. The carpet is only 3 years and appears we will have to replace it. Manager said sometime next week they will get there carpet expert out to look at it.
