I had my oriental carpets cleaned. I wish they had been honest in the beginning and tell me I wouldn't see a difference a wouldn't have had them cleaned. I don't believe it was the product Justin said to clean these carpets right you need to take them to a special carpet cleaning that's really expensive. I'd rather do that then pay 200 for no difference in appearance. Justin was great. lesson learned.

Three tech was absolutely on time and here was very easy to work with and accommodating for me.
I'm a realtor and need to inspect the job and Kio reached out to me to let me know when he was finishing up so I could get there to inspect the job before he left.
