How We Work

If you’ve already tried scrubbing your tiles and grout, and you even bought the most expensive cleaning solutions from your hardware store, you might be left feeling a little bit defeated when you didn’t get the results you’d hoped for.

So, what is Oxi Fresh going to do that’s different? Let’s break down our process.

Step 1
Prior to starting, your local cleaning technician walks the property and inspects the areas they’ll be treating. At this point, we’re checking for anything that could impact the final outcome of our cleaning.

Step 2
Next, we vacuum the tile to remove any grit or insoluble debris.

Step 3
During this stage, we apply the Oxi Stone Cleaner. This product quickly breaks down the oils and dirt that cling to the tile’s surface and can make an otherwise clean tile appear a little dull.

Step 4
Next, we use our Scottsdale tile and grout cleaning equipment. In large areas, we use the OF2000, a machine that combines product application, agitation, and extraction. Then for the smaller areas, our OF1000 springs into action.

Both machines use special tile brushes to thoroughly but safely scrub the floor.

Step 5
Once the products have worked their magic, your technician will extract any residual product and broken-down soiling materials that remain on your floors.

If at this stage, if there are heavily stained grout lines, we will treat those with our special Oxi Restore process. This intense grout cleaning treatment will break down those stains to get your grout looking lighter and brighter than it’s done in years.

Step 6 (Optional)
We offer a grout protectant service that you can choose as an optional extra. If you choose to get this done, the technician will apply the product to your grout lines in order to give them further protection against future staining.
