Step 2 - Using a gold-rated vacuum, we go over the wood floors to prep them for cleaning by removing any insoluble debris that could damage the wood.

Step 3 - Next, using our own OF2000 cleaning machine that combines product application, agitation, and extraction, we’ll treat the wood floors with our pretreatment solution. This product, when combined with the OF2000’s agitation, will rapidly break apart grime and dirt.

Step 4 - After that, we’ll follow-up with our second cleaning solution, again using the OF2000 to apply, agitate, and extract the now broken-apart dirt and spent product. Once this work is complete, you should see a noticeable difference in the appearance of your floors.

Optional Step 5 - After the core cleaning, you can choose to get the Oxi Floor Refinishing service. This water-based, urethane coating will add an extra layer of protection to the wood and give it a lovely, semi-gloss finish.
