I was looking for carpet cleaning and after calling 8 companies and seeing their ad on Facebook, I went with Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning of Mesa AZ. I have had bad experiences with other companies who "Soak and suck" the carpets and the stains come back or it ends up smelling like mildew because they were left too wet by the technician. I was intrigued by the Oxi fresh technology concept and that the carpets would be dry in about 2 hours. I talked to Paige and John, told them I'm very OCD particularly about my house and as a business owner myself I expect great customer service. I was specifically interested/looking to get pet accidents out of the carpet. They got me in same day with Max and Antonio who are absolutely wonderful! They were very thorough, professional, and friendly. I vacuumed before they arrived and will after they dry. If all goes well I will have then come back next month to do the upstairs. Thank you everyone at Oxi Fresh!

Carpet was clean and fresh and was not wet for days that you may get with other carpet cleaners. Carpets look and smell great!

Agent said the age of furniture is be a factor.
I made furniture stain go away by using Walmart purchase, clean-up by Clorox.
