Excellent service!! Very pleased with the service, both professionally and by the outcome of the service. Stains that were in the carpet prior to moving in, and from our dog, came up after years of being there and other carpet cleaning companies not getting them up. Highly impressed!

We've used Oxi Fresh in the past, so we didn't hesitate to call them again for another carpet cleaning. Todd called us to let us know he was on his way, which I really appreciate. Communication is essential. He was very professional, explained everything to us, did a great job and very polite. I would recommend them for your carpet cleaning. I'm planning on having him back again next year. Thanks

Please confirm pricing and services provided to the customer by phone are in line with what the technician offers in the home. For instance, I was having my sofa and area rug cleaned and was told that deodorizing and protection may be added to the service for $35 each, however the tech offered me protection for $25 for both items and said that it includes deodorizing as well. I paid the additional $25 for both services but I honestly don't know what I paid for. I didn't detect a nice scent on the sofa or area rug after he finished but I don't know if I was supposed to. Also, I was told my area rug would be dry within a couple of hours however I texted the Tech a few hours later to inform him the area rug was very very wet in a couple areas and asked if that was normal, he said he failed to tell me he sprayed a bit heavier in areas of high traffic but the wet area was under the coffee table, so he wouldn't have had to spray heavier there since there is no traffic there at all, the rug was still wet the next morning. Maybe that had something to do with my final comment below.
Finally, be sure the equipment is in good operational order. The Tech had trouble with a handle, or hose or some aspect of the equipment, he had to start and stop a few times as well as make a few calls to the office for assistance, I provided him with a tube of Gorilla Glue to repair the issue and he was able to continue, I just hope my cleaning service was not compromised as a result of the faulty equipment . Having said all that, the Tech was very polite, clean, professional and punctual, in fact he was early to the appointment. In the future I will ask more specific questions up front to be sure I understand the services I am paying for, overall the sofa and area rug appear to be cleaner and that is all I was after. The young man who came over on Tuesday (22320 E. Via De Olivos, Queen Creek; Von Clarke) was an outstanding representative of your company. I'm 69 years old and have been around the block a few times. He was very customer-focused, cordial, and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, discussed pet safety, and took extra time to try and get out some very difficult spots - which he almost completely did. He even left me some spray product to try again after he left. I am very pleased with the service provided and will gladly recommend Oxi Fresh of QC to any of my friends and associates. You can be proud to have him represent your organization!

The carpets looked clean for about 2 hrs, now they look as dirty as before with the stains popping out even worse than before. For $213 I expect the carpets to look clean for more than a few ours.
