How We Clean Hardwood
When you book a Phoenix hardwood floor cleaning, you’re getting the best service around.
Here’s an overview of our thorough cleaning process that will get your floors looking grand:
Step 1: Inspection
In order to identify areas where oils and dirt have made the most impact, your technician will inspect the floor.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
Vacuuming the floor removes debris that could become abrasive during the cleaning process.
Step 3: Pretreatment and the OF2000
Using the OF2000 cleaning machine, we then apply a special pretreatment solution. The product is designed to aggressively but safely break up dirt and grime on the wood – it does great work.
But the machine is special too. It doesn’t just apply product – it will also agitate the floor with a special brush and then extract that dirt and spent product immediately thereafter. This ensures both a thorough cleaning and protects the wood from being exposed to too much water.
Step 4: Continued Cleaning
Using the OF2000 again, we’ll apply a follow-up solution that will wrap up the cleaning process, leaving the wood floors looking lovely.
Step 5: Optional Add-On
After we get the floors looking and feeling clean, you should consider adding our Oxi Floor Refinisher. This urethane coat will help protect the floor and give it a nice, semi-gloss finish.
