Todd was amazing, very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and personable. He texted the night before to verify time and also the day of to let me know he was on his way. He was very efficient and cognizant of which rooms I needed him to do first to allow my family to get ready to leave. He told me what other services were offered and I will be calling to have a couch cleaned as well as my tile cleaned. He was clean and presentable as was the outside of his van. He is an awesome representative for your company.
