The owners and field person who actually did the work as well were wonderful to deal with. My tile Hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. You might imagine the dirt in the grout. They were able to get that out to a much much lighter grout color. They worked extremely hard to do so and are even going over it a second time now. BB. - Maricopa, AZ - 12/05/2023

After showing up 1.5 hours later then accepted, the technician was trying to up sell me on every little mark in the carpet! When I book a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets, I expect that company to clean the carpets! Not say that I need to pay an extra $45 to clean a small area. And your process of dry cleaning is poor! I was expecting a wet clean, not a dry cleaning process, in my opinion the carpet didn't come up any cleaner afterwards, and the carpet is only a year old! I wasn't impressed at all, and certainly won't be using you again. I just hope the landlord accepts that the carpets are clean enough and that I don't get charged for further cleaning. This was our third time using OxiFresh, and we are happy repeat customers. Our specialist (Rich) first walked through each room to discuss any concerns we had beyond normal cleaning. He completed our home in the expected time and discussed our carpet's overall condition and any issues he noticed while cleaning. It was a very professional experience from start to finish.
