Great service and friendly staff. If you want it done right the first time, choose Oxi Fresh of Chandler. The owner came out himself to make sure that the job was properly explained and executed to standards that he would stand behind and that would satisfy the customer. I would recommend Oxi Fresh of Chandler. 5+ Stars all the way around.

I paid you $150 in advance for my aunts carpet and couch to be cleaned in Chandler Arizona due to my dog wetting in her house. Upon arrival she indicated her couch was fine and only needed the carpet was cleaned. I was told I would be refunded $75 for advance payment on couch cleaning. To date this has not happened. I have left messages and have not received a response. It’s very sad because the guy seemed really nice and indicated he would make things right….but no refund of the couch cleaning has happened. I’m from Idaho and I was visiting my Aunt in Chandler Arizona in October
