Julian was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. This is the second time we have used OxiFresh and Julian was our technician both times. I would highly recommend OxiFresh and him.

The tech was very nice. Arrived on time and we weren’t quite ready. He did only 1/2 of what i needed done because my furniture movers were late. But, he told me that this product didn’t do well on wool rugs. And, i agree. If I had known that, i might not have used the service. Also, the rugs didn’t dry in an hour like the ads say. They were still damp when we had to roll them up to move them.
Overall, i was disappointed with the end result.
