Craig is the worse tech I have ever used. First. He showed up 55mins late and called after 20mins late to tell me. Second, he down played the house by just standing looking at the outside, and stating I'm just wondering what this carpet looks like with a house this old. Thirdly, he tried to change the price bc for whatever reason he said he didn't have 1 of the bedrooms added into cost. At that point, I told him to leave bc he was playing games. He is very unprofessional.

Worse company ever! They kept changing my time, as I called to ask where the tech is, they got an attitude with me and hung up because he was late. Then gets here and tells me he can’t do the job. Wow! Horrible service for the Arkansas area. Then goes to tell me it’s better working with white people than black people. Do not book these folks
