Oxi Fresh Ranked in Franchisee Satisfaction Awards!
Every year, the Franchise Business Review – a leader in franchise market research – surveys thousands and thousands of franchisees across hundreds of brands to figure out which company has the most satisfied franchisees. They ask a variety of questions that touch on everything from their relationship with the franchisor to training to business lifestyle. They compile their results in the Franchisee Satisfaction Awards so that entrepreneurs and future franchisees can pick the best companies to join.
This is an important and unique list since it’s created based on what the franchisees report. That’s why Oxi Fresh is proud to have been named in the 2015 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards, ranking as #39 among franchise systems with 250 or more units.
“It’s all about the franchisees,” said Jonathan Barnett, founder and CEO of Oxi Fresh, “Our goal is to provide our franchisees out in the field with the best possible support and tools. It’s why we invest so much time and money into creating thorough and intuitive training tools, developing marketing solutions, and creating useful business management solutions. We want our franchisees to succeed and grow, and I think the results of this survey show that our franchisees know that.”
Oxi Fresh, which has received the Franchisee Satisfaction Award six times in the past seven years, had experienced remarkable growth throughout 2014. The company opened 55 franchise locations, including their first international franchises in Canada. This one year surpassed the company’s previous two years of growth combined.
What’s more, Oxi Fresh also completed its 500,000th job in 2014 and, thanks to its low-moisture system that uses 95% less water than traditional cleaners, has to date saved 25 million gallons of water.
“We’re of course proud of these results and the records we’ve achieved – especially helping conserve all that water for the planet,” said Kris Antolak, the Vice President of Oxi Fresh, “But what really makes us happy here at the Home Office is the Franchisee Satisfaction Award. Knowing that we’re able to serve our team members and help them as they work and grow – that’s a good feeling.”
This is not the first award that Oxi Fresh has received from the franchising industry. In addition to several years of being named in the Franchise Satisfaction Awards, Oxi Fresh has ranked in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 since 2009, placed twice in Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000 awards, and was named the #3 top franchise to buy in America by Forbes Magazine.
“Recognition like this from FBR is always an opportunity,” said Mr. Barnett, “We want to take this time to look at what we’re doing and to find ways to improve. Yes we ranked, but what could we do to provide even better service? What systems and programs could we implement that would benefit our franchisees? Getting an award isn’t a time to just sit there and feel good – it’s a time to take action and to push Oxi Fresh to even higher levels.”
