As we kick off the new year, we’d like to start 2025 by sending a big, heartfelt thank you to every Oxi Fresh customer. Our customers are the soul of our business, and we worked hard to provide great experiences to everyone we reached this year.
Below, we take a look at some of the things we’ve accomplished over the past twelve months, from earning more and more positive reviews to being ranked as one of the top franchising opportunities for U.S. veterans. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and can’t wait for what’s to come!
Outstanding Results, Extraordinary Service
In 2024, Oxi Fresh completed tens of thousands of cleanings throughout the U.S. and Canada. If you were one of those customers, thanks a lot for choosing Oxi Fresh—we can’t wait to serve you again soon!
With all of those cleanings in the books, we were also able to generate a whole lot of positive reviews from satisfied customers. Starting the year with around 270,000 total reviews on our site, we finished up 2024 with more than 308,000. These reviews give potential customers a lot of information about the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Oxi Fresh’s services.
With an average rating of 4.7 stars out of 5.0, we’re incredibly proud of our hundreds of thousands of glowing customer reviews. Plus, we earned a Net Promoter Score of 82 this year (up from 81 in 2023), further showing that consumers are by and large very satisfied with Oxi Fresh’s stellar offerings.
Giving Back with Water.org
Whenever a customer like you books a carpet or upholstery cleaning through our Online Scheduler, we make a donation to our nonprofit partner, Water.org. Founded by actor Matt Damon and his partner Gary White, Water.org works throughout Asia, Africa, and Latin America to expand access to safe water and sanitation for communities in need.
To date, we’ve donated more than $312,000 to support Water.org’s life-saving mission. Between our charitable giving and eco-friendly services, our customers can feel great about choosing Oxi Fresh for their carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
2024 Internal Initiatives and Key Improvements
As always, serving our customers with Oxi Fresh-level excellence was our top priority in 2024. To support that goal, we implemented a range of improvements to our customer service, marketing programs, operations, and franchisee support.
For instance, we expanded our text messaging program in a big way, helping us more conveniently communicate with customers about our services and specials. We also improved our website’s usability, implemented a smart coupon tool to help customers get the best possible deal, and more.
On the franchising side of our business, we delivered numerous significant enhancements as well, including critical software initiatives, an educational video series, new marketing programs, a new upholstery cleaning machine, and more. We also opened thirty new territories this year, bringing our grand total to roughly 500 territories at the start of 2025.
In short, for Oxi Fresh’s customers and franchisees alike, 2024 offered a lot of progress. It’s no surprise that Oxi Fresh continued to win awards and recognition for its exceptional offerings from major publications like Entrepreneur, Small Business Trends, and 1851 Franchise.

In the new year, Oxi Fresh is already working hard to continue improving our systems so we can continue to offer one of the most innovative and effective carpet cleaning services on the market.
