Franchise Update Magazine Features Oxi Fresh’s 10 Year Anniversary
Back in 2006, Jonathan Barnett opened his first Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning location in the Denver area. Now, ten years on, Oxi Fresh has over 310 locations in 46 states and two Canadian provinces. In a recent article in Franchise Update Magazine, Jonathan reflected on how the company has grown, what he’s learned, and what he looks forward to in the future.
“In the business world, a decade is both a long time and a short time,” said Mr. Barnett, “It doesn’t feel that long ago that I was cleaning carpets. At the same time, I know that getting to where we are now has been a long journey with many challenges and opportunities.”
In the article, Jonathan reviews the company’s history of growth, their commitment to developing support systems for their franchisees, their work with Water.org, and even how Jonathan got started in business.
“I really got started with fireworks stands in college,” said Mr. Barnett, “and you could say my love of entrepreneurship ‘boomed’ after that.”
