The carpet cleaning technician will then do a walkthrough with you of all the areas that need to be cleaned. This is the best time during the carpet cleaning appointment to point out any stains or high traffic areas you might have. The Oxi Fresh technician will ask you questions about various spots and stains, furniture, and other matters that are relevant to the carpet cleaning services you’ll receive.

When that is finished, the carpet cleaning technician will begin the residential rug cleaning - click on “Carpet Cleaning” on the menu to learn more about the process. When this is done, he or she will also conduct a post-carpet cleaning inspection to ensure that you’re satisfied with our work.
